With high quality white uncoated paper. Easy erasing surface. Best for pencils and pens. Inside paper is wood-free and FSC certified. With natural colored cardboard cover and divider. The album is stitched, with panoramic drawing possibility.

Also includes a stitched / layflat binding and a bookmark with band. What also sold us on this line is the per sheet detail. during the binding process the papers are 'flipped' so that like surfaces match when you lay each book open and flat. (Each paper has either a slight color shift or texture shift front to back due to how it is made). In these journals this variance is solved by manually shifting every other sheet!

A new product for us and a line of products we hope only grows and gets better. We met this Latvian company in Seatlle early in 2025 at a buying show for the art materials industry. The people were nice, sure...the mission is admirable...but what ultimately sold us on the product was the attention to detail. 

Speaking of the Authintic Books alone, there was thought in the paper, the binding, how the paper was stacked, the bookmark and rubber band all the way down to the fun barcodes.  In little type at the bottom corner is written " Dangerous product - may cause explosion of creativity!". Enough said, awesome product.  We looted what we could from the convention and hope to expand our selection as we go on!
