Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your materials, you may return within 60 days. For any reasons other than defect, damage or Spokane Art Supply error, customer is responsible for any return freight costs. Please contact Spokane Art Supply at spokaneartsupply@gmail.com with the reason for the return, items being returned and any applicable tracking information.
For defects, damage or error: contact Spokane Art Supply as soon as possible. We will make all attempts to correct/replace defective products. In the case a return is needed, Return Authorization must be worked out before merchandise is returned otherwise shipping charges will not be refunded.
