9" x 12" van Gogh Watercolor Block with 140lb/15 sheets paper

A watercolor 'block' is a padded paper where all sheets are glued around the edges. The pros; the stacking and padding of the multiple sheets can cut down on wrinkling and warping. The cons; to get the full value of the block you may be forced to work on only one sheet/image at a time. A small space is left in the glue to slip a letter opener or credit card to help peel off the top sheet.

100% top quality cellulose (paper not cotton) with a fine grain, slgihtly-textured surface. Acid-free and pH-neutral, this 140lb (300 g/m2) paper is great for watercolor, but can handle gouache, acrylics, ink and drawing materials.
