Workshop Description: Learn how to combine watercolor and gouache paints.

SUPPLY LIST
Subject Reference Materials: Bring photographs of subjects that interest you.
Drawing Materials: A No. 2 school pencil, eraser, and 8.5 by 11 sketchbook.
Watercolor Paper: One 30 by 40-inch cold press medium or heavy weight watercolor board. A second choice would be 30 by 40-inch cold press medium or heavy weight illustration board.
Brushes: A one-inch flat and a No. 8, 10, or 12 round watercolor brush.
Painting Supplies: Tubes of the following watercolors: Hansa Yellow, Quinacridone Rose, and Ultramarine Blue (or their equivalents), and one tube of Titanium White gouache.
Palette: A large white plastic or porcelain dinner plate or white palette you own.
Water Container: A wide-mouth container that holds at least a quart of water. A water sprayer.
One-Inch Masking Tape. Paper Towels. A Plastic Tablecloth. Face Mask.

Class size is limited. A waiting list will be used. All students are required to fill out and sign this registration form. This is an adult class, with teens accepted with pre-approval by the instructor. Signing this registration will release Wes Hanson, Spokane Art Supply and associates of all responsibility for damages or harm incurred on the premises.
